How do I place my first order?

Put the products you want in the basket, then validate your order (in your basket at the top right). If you are already registered, on the franckdelesdema.com store, you just have to indicate your email address and your password, otherwise, you must create a customer account. Fill in the information requested in the form, a confirmation email will then be sent to you, and that’s it.

Which size to choose according to the product?

 Deliveries in mainland France or abroad are free for any amount.

When will my order be shipped?

 What are the shipping times?

 As a general rule, the products are prepared 72 hours after receipt of the means of payment and are dispatched as quickly as possible.

 How to place an order?

How can I follow the progress of my order?

 Once your order has been placed and validated on our online store, its status changes to “payment accepted”, it then changes to the status “preparation in progress”, then to “being delivered” and finally “delivered”. The status of your order can be tracked directly on the “my account” page, then “your order history”.

When your package is received by a service provider (such as La Poste, DPD, DHL, etc.), you will receive an email including a package tracking number.

 How to indicate a billing address different from the delivery address?

 If you wish to enter a billing address different from your delivery address, simply uncheck the appropriate box.

 A product does not suit me, can I exchange it?

 You have a period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and thus return the product to franckdelesdema.com for exchange or refund without penalty.

The products must be returned, in perfect condition, in their original packaging accompanied by all its accessories, without having been used, accompanied by the initially signed delivery slip. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

If the previous obligations are not carried out, the Customer will lose his right of withdrawal and the products will be returned to him at his expense.

It is recommended that the Customer make the return using a solution allowing the tracking of the package. The Seller also reserves the right to defer reimbursement until receipt of the product or as long as the Customer has not demonstrated that he has shipped the Product if such a demonstration has not previously taken place.

 There are items missing from my delivery. What can I do?

 Due to the different production times depending on the product, it is possible that your order will be delivered in several packages. The following items will be back-ordered.

How soon will I be delivered?

To offer you these costs, we go through service providers as soon as a certain number of orders is reached. Your product will arrive at your home, in general, 15 to 19 days after placing your order.
