DELIVERY INFORMATION

In order to answer all of your questions concerning our delivery policy, we have decided to give concrete answers to all the questions usually asked by our customers.

Delivery information

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All our products, once the order has been placed, are subject to a handling period of varying duration, before shipment.

FREE DELIVERY OVER €50 PURCHASE

As a general rule, products are shipped a maximum of 72 hours after receipt of the payment method.

Note: We send our packages in a grouped manner, which saves costs and therefore offers you free shipping regardless of the number of items. As a result, it is possible that the sending of orders is delayed. However, regardless of the number of orders ready, we ship every Saturday all orders made before Friday 2 pm.

You will receive a confirmation by email when your order is dispatched, as well as at each strategic passage of the purchasing process (receipt and validation of payment, etc.).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

Our reception times, following the order, are, on average, between 12 and 17 days.

I ORDERED SEVERAL PRODUCTS, BUT I RECEIVED ONLY ONE … WHAT HAPPENS?

Our range of products being wide and growing every week, we have our stock in different warehouses, depending on our suppliers. It is therefore possible that your order is dispersed between several packages. Do not worry, you will receive your packages. In case of missing or partial receipt, we invite you to contact us using the contact form.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET ORDER TRACKING?

When your parcel is received by a service provider (such as the Post Office, DPD, DHL, etc.), you will receive an email including a parcel tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you have 12 hours. Once this deadline has passed, we automatically send your order to our management service providers. It will therefore be impossible for you to modify or cancel your order. However, you can order the missing items by benefiting from the loyalty points generated by your first order without paying any additional costs. Beyond this period, if you wish to cancel your order, you must wait for receipt of it. Contact us using the withdrawal form and return your items to us at your expense.
